Mango

We export fresh Kesar, Alphonso, and Badami mangoes from the mango-growing region of South Gujarat, known as Gujarat’s Mango Bowl.

PROCEDURE OF MANGO :- 

Mangoes are sourced from organic farms, treated in APEDA-approved packinghouse, and undergo hot water, vapor heat or irradiation treatment as per importing country rules.

In the packing workshop, we carry out the whole process such as sorting, sorting, labeling, labeling according to national standards.

Then the Phytosanitary certificate is issued by the inspector. After completing all the procedures, the sleeves are hygienically transported to the airport.

Treatments used:

  1. Hot water treatment (48°C for 60 minutes)
  2. Vapor heat treatment (46.5°C for 30 minutes or 47.5°C for 20 minutes) is an effective method for controlling pests such as fruit flies.
  3. Irradiation treatment(radiation range minimum 400 gray and maximum 1000 gray) Cobalt-60 isotope is used to treat gamma radiation. Which is used to irradiate pests such as stone beetles.

Season: April to June
Packing: 3.1 kg, 4 kg boxes or as needed
